Scratch
With Scratch, you can program your own interactive stories, games and animations. Scratch was developed by the MIT Media Lab as a free, simple-to-learn but powerful programming tool. By moving blocks of coded directions, students build scripts that tell characters (sprites) how to act.
Explain Everything (App)
